After almost 20 years in St James' Building in Manchester, TTHC has secured new premises to relocate to on the other side of the city centre. Fit out will now take place prior to a move around September this year.
Appeal decision won for Day Nursery in Enfield. Inspector concluded that
TTHC has obtained planning permission for a proposed relocation of the main access into RHS Garden Wisley in response to works associated with M25 Junction 10 and the A3 Interchange.
TTHC has provided transport and highway evidence for a number of Sites within the latest Plan for most of Greater Manchester totalling over 5,000 dwellings. The consultation on the new Plan is running from 9th August to 3rd October.
Planning permission has been granted on Appeal for two residential schemes at the same location in Horwich. Schemes comprising 150 dwellings and 276 dwellings were considered at a conjoined Appeal in June following refusals in 2020. TTHC provided the transport and highways evidence at the Appeal.
